Everything you need to catalog, scan, value, and sell your sports cards โ a full manual, a visual walkthrough, and a short video.
๐ User Manual PDF
The complete guide to every feature โ adding cards, photos, AI identification, pricing, eBay, collections, and more. Read it here or download a copy.
A visual, slide-by-slide walkthrough of getting the most from your collection. Use the arrows in the viewer to move through the slides, or open it fullscreen.
Open the ๐ฏ Wishlist from the โฏ menu, then ๏ผ Add card to add a card you want โ with an optional target price and priority.
Add straight from eBay: paste an eBay listing URL into the box and tap ๐ Grab details. The app reads the listing and pre-fills a new wishlist card โ player, set, year, card number, and price โ for you to review. Nothing is saved until you tap Add.
Use ๐ฒ Check price to see the current eBay value, and ๏ผ Got it when you land a card to move it into your collection.
โฆ Views & ๐ Dashboard
See your collection the way you like, and track what it's worth.
The layout button in the toolbar cycles through Gallery, Shelf, Catalog, Photo, and ๐ Binder โ a 9-pocket binder-page layout for browsing your cards like a real binder.
The ๐ Dashboard (โฏ menu) shows totals and charts, plus a Profit & ROI band: cost basis of cards you still hold, unrealized gain/loss vs. what you paid, realized profit from cards marked Sold, and gross sales โ with a Top movers list of your biggest gainers and losers.
ROI figures use the Purchase price and Sold price you enter on each card, so fill those in to see profit.
๐ Reports (button in the Dashboard) opens a separate reports screen. Pick a report, filter by sport, team, year, set, manufacturer, collection, features, or a date-added range, then view a clean full-field table on screen and Export CSV to download exactly what you see. Available reports: Overall collection report (every field) and Sold / sales ledger (your sold cards with purchase, sale, profit, and ROI %, plus totals). More will be added over time.
๐ฐ Selling on eBay & Twitter
Open any card and find the eBay & links section for two ways to sell it. Both open the selling site in a new tab โ you always review and post yourself.
๐ท Draft to eBay
Tap ๐ท Draft to eBay. The app stages an unpublished draft in your eBay account โ your card's photos and details (title, sport, player, set, parallel, grade) are carried over automatically. Nothing is live yet.
A review screen opens in the app where you can edit the title, choose Auction or Fixed price (Buy It Now), set the price, and pick the auction duration.
When you're ready, press ๐ด Publish live to eBay and confirm. This posts a real, public listing on eBay immediately โ buyers can bid or purchase right away. Publish only when you truly want to sell.
First time only, eBay may ask for your shipping ZIP code (to create your seller location) and requires business policies (payment, shipping, returns) set up in your eBay account.
Use ๐ Active and ๐ Sold first to check what similar cards are listed for and what they've actually sold for, so you can price it right. After publishing, โ End listing takes it down.
๐ฆ Sell on Twitter
Great for hobby buyers on Twitter/X. Tap ๐ฆ Sell on Twitter and the app does two things:
Opens Twitter/X with a draft tweet already written โ the player, year, set, parallel, card number, grade, and your asking price, plus a #TheHobby tag. Edit the wording however you like.
Copies the card's front photo to your clipboard. In the tweet, tap the photo/media area (or press Ctrl-V / Cmd-V) to paste the picture in, then post.
Twitter doesn't allow apps to attach a photo for you, so this paste step is how the picture gets on the tweet. If your browser blocks the copy, just add the front photo manually โ the text draft is still there.
Nothing is posted automatically โ you review, edit, and publish the tweet yourself.
โ Bulk actions (select many cards)
Do the same thing to lots of cards at once.
Filter or search first to narrow the list, then tap โ Select in the toolbar and tap the cards you want. Use Select all shown to grab everything currently filtered.
With cards selected, choose an action from the bar: ๐ท Tag, ๐ Add to collection, โญ Favorite, ๐ฐ Mark for sale, ๐ฒ Recheck pricing (updates eBay values, skipping recently-priced and manually-entered ones), or ๐ Delete.
Delete asks twice to confirm, then moves the cards to the Trash (restorable for 7 days). Tap โ Cancel to leave select mode.
๐ Grading tracker
Track cards you've sent to a grader and see if grading paid off. Open it from the โฏ menu โ ๐ Grading.
Tap ๏ผ New submission, choose the grader (PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, CSGโฆ), service level, date, and total fee, then search and check the ungraded cards you sent. Each card's current value is saved as its "value in."
Submissions show as At grader until they come back. Open one and enter the grade and new value for each card, then tap Mark returned.
Marking returned saves the grade onto each card (so it becomes a graded card in your collection) and shows the submission's ROI โ value out minus value in minus the grading fee.
While a card is out, it shows a yellow At grader badge in the catalog and on its detail page, so you always know what's away. To take a single card off a submission, open the card and tap Remove from grading under its name.
Deleting a submission never touches your cards.
๐ Deleting cards & the Trash
Deleting is safe โ nothing is lost right away.
When you delete a card it moves to the Trash instead of being erased โ it leaves your collection but can be brought back.
Open the โฏ menu โ ๐ Trash to see deleted cards and how many days remain before each is permanently removed.
Restore puts a card back in your collection (its photos come back too); Delete now removes it permanently.
Anything left in the Trash is automatically deleted for good after 7 days.
๐ CSV import tips
Bringing cards in from a spreadsheet or another site (Dashboard โ โฌ Import CSV)? A few pointers:
Column names are matched automatically โ including a single Name or Player column, which is split into first and last name. Most personal sheets and site exports work as-is.
Not sure which columns to use? Export CSV first and open the file โ it shows the exact layout the importer expects. Fill that file in and re-import it for a perfect match.
Unrecognized columns are simply skipped, and any row with at least a name, set, or year will import.
โ Account settings
Open โฏ menu โ โ Account settings to manage your profile and preferences.
Profile: update your name and phone. Your email and plan are shown here too.
Card watermark: enter a name or handle and it appears faintly in the corner of your card photos (detail view and the enlarged/lightbox view). It's display-only โ your saved image files are never changed. Leave it blank for none.
Socials: record your Instagram, TikTok, eBay, and X (Twitter) handles. These are saved for a future seller profile and aren't shared with anyone yet.
Appearance: switch between the Dark (default) and Light theme. Your choice is remembered on this device.
Subscription: if you're on a paid plan, you can cancel here โ you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then move to Free.
โฆ Bulk actions, selling & more
A quick recap of the tools covered above and where to find them.
โ Select (toolbar) turns on multi-select to tag, add to a collection, favorite, mark for sale, recheck pricing, or delete many cards at once.
๐ฐ Sell a card from its detail page: ๐ท Draft to eBay (staged draft you review and publish) or ๐ฆ Sell on Twitter (drafts a tweet and copies the front photo to paste in).
๐ Grading, ๐ฏ Wishlist, and ๐ Dashboard all live in the โฏ menu.
