These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Personal Card Collection (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you add — your card details, photos, notes, and other data ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and back up Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (including transmitting photos to our AI provider when you use identification, and to eBay when you use listing features). You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to upload it.
Each plan includes limits, such as the maximum number of cards and the number of AI identification scans per day. These limits are described in the app and may be adjusted over time. Exceeding a limit may prevent certain actions until you upgrade or the limit resets.
AI identification and price lookups are provided as conveniences and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Suggested card details are only suggestions — you should review and correct them. Estimated values and prices are informational only, are not appraisals or financial advice, and should not be relied upon for buying, selling, or insurance decisions. The Service is not a grading, authentication, or valuation service.
The Service integrates with third parties, including Google (AI identification), eBay (pricing and listing), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. When you list an item on eBay, you are responsible for complying with eBay's rules and for the accuracy of your listing.
If you create a public share link for a collection, you are responsible for what you choose to share. You can disable a share link at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, logo, and content we provide (excluding Your Content), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any estimates or AI results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or collection value, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you paid nothing.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
